Chapter 10: Out Of Control

[Forest in R'eilaiz]

"I got a bad feeling about that thing." Gavin said nervously. "Yea." Rosalyn said, "we need to hurry after him and stop him." She said unfurling her wings. "Rosalyn, you're being rash, like Uzziah..." Alex started. "Heeeyy!" Uzziah said insulted. "Whatever, what I'm saying is Rosalyn use your head, something that Uzziah here rarely does." Alex said calmly. "ALEX!! YOU'RE DEAD MEAT!!" Uzziah  yelled throwing a stick at Alex. "Okay, fine then." Rosalyn said slightly folding her wings.

[Amoura, R'eilaiz]

Screams. Frantic civilians. Utter despair and destruction. The feeling of fear hung in the air as a black and gray dragon wrecked havoc on the unsuspecting town.

[Valor's Psyche]

"Nnnnh," Valor grumbled sitting up rubbing his head, "Where is he??" Looking around he saw no sign of Tsukirei. "Oh No.." He thought looking and seeing what was happening outside of his pysche. Destruction of an unknown town and no sign of his friends anywhere. Suddenly his body landed among the wreckage before one civilian who stood alone, still and calm. Then he heard it, "Valor?" The civilian knew him somehow. Looking towards the woods he saw movement.

[Amoura, R'eilaiz]

"I see him!" Alex shouted below to Addi, Gavin, Uzziah, Isaac and Zev. Rosalyn was first to land and see the destruction that Valor had caused. Alex landed silently behind her, "So what's the plan?" he asked startling her. "I don't know yet. Let's just make him stop." She answered, "I'll go in ahead." She ran towards where Valor had just landed. She saw Valor raise a spiked arm toward an older looking civilian who vaguely resembled him when he is normal. "Oh no.." She thought rushing to the civilian. Pushing her out of the way as Valor swung his clawwed hand at her. "That was close." She thought looking at the now large claw marks in the ground where the civilian was standing. Valor looked around baffled by the civilians disappearance. Alex took Valor's confusion as an opportunity to immobilize him. He grabbed a nearby chain and wrapped it around Valor. "We got about 30 seconds.." He thought timing how long the chain would hold Valor.
